Sunday August 30, 2015 – James 4:6 – God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. 2 Corinthians 3:18 – “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory.”

-Pride is self-preoccupation.
-When we take credit for our success, and look down on others failures.
-When we condemn ourselves for our failures and praise others for their success.
-You cannot think about yourself less unless you think about something else more.
-Humility is God-preoccupation.
-Place all your anxieties on Jesus.
-Make Jesus your passion.
