1 Corinthians 6:19 – Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

• You are chosen to be in His Presence.

Psalm 65:4 – 4Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, that he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, of Your holy temple.

James 4:8 – Come near to God and he will come near to you. Living In God’s Presence

• Realize there’s more!
Psalm 16:11 – You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill

me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Hebrews 11:6 – …anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

• Expect a slow start.

2 Corinthians 3:18 – And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 13:12 – Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face.

James 1:23-24 – Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.

• Get disciplined.
Hebrews 4:11 – 11Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest

Colossians 1:29 – To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.

• Live with a hunger for Jesus.
Matthew 5:6 – Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,

for they will be filled.

Psalm 84:1-2 – How lovely is your dwelling place, O LORD Almighty! 2 My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.
