Missional Living, Part 02

Matthew 28:19-20 – Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

 Missional Living is not a ministry. It is an Incarnational lifestyle.

2 Corinthians 5:20 – We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.

2 Corinthians 2:15 – For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

 The goal of Missional Living goal is to influence everyone in our world to love Jesus.

Matthew 22:36-37 — “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’

1 Peter 3:15 – But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,

 Lead them to ask the right question.

Matthew 5:42 – Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
