Matthew 17:5 – This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Listen to Him!

Proverbs 4:25-27 – Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. 26 Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. 27 Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.

Hebrews 12:2 – Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Your goals must be bigger than your distractions. God wants your attention.Do not get distracted by good things and neglect the best things. Your ultimate goal must be to focus on Jesus. –Dwayne Terry

Matthew 17:4-5“Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters— one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” 5 While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”

2 Peter 1:16-18 – …we were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 17 He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.” 18 We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain.

Isaiah 28:23 Listen and hear my voice; pay attention and hear what I say.
