Romans 8:29For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

2 Corinthians 3:18And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

1 John 4:16God is love.

Romans 8:31What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

  • Our bodies
  • Many People
  • Our Circumstances

God’s Love

  • God loves you personally.

Romans 8:32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for [your name] -how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

  • God’s love covers your sins.

Romans 8:33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen?

1 Peter 4:8…love covers over a multitude of sins.

  • God’s love makes you significant.

Romans 8:35, 37-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  • God loves you first.

1 John 1:19“We love because He first loved us.”

  • God’s love makes you a lover.

John 17:26 I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”
